Accepted Methods of Payment: Virginia Bows accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards are processed by Authorized.net. Virginia Bows also accepts Paypal.
Privacy and Security Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not use, sell or share personal information provided to us online.
Virginia Sales Tax: Orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia will be subject the 5% sales tax. Orders shipped outside Virginia will not be subject to this sales tax.
Shipping and Handling: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery confirmation is included. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from us with an expected ship date. Please email us for information regarding international orders and shipping. We ship USPS First Class International with insurance. You will receive an email with a quote for shipping and insurance. Insurance includes delivery confirmation. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy: We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase. Virginia Bows does not refund shipping charges. Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returned packages will be accepted without an RA Number. Any item being returned must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition. If the item(s) was a gift, the refund will be issued only to the credit card used for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Failure to follow these requirements will result in no credit being issued.
Special Notice Regarding Holiday Items: Any Easter, Halloween and Christmas related items to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked 3 calendar days before the actual Holiday. All other requirements of our return policy applies.
