And thereâs even another twist for the full-skirted frock of this little miss who has blonde hair and brown eyes. The bodice and short, puffed sleeves are made from the satin side of the fabric while the skirt features the crepe side of the same fabric. A white collar and apron, with ruffled hem, are a nice counterpoint to the red.
