Returns Policy

Thank you for your order. We appreciate it and want you to be happy with your items purchased from us.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We are happy to offer size exchanges only (no refunds will be given) on clothing. Please email us at to let us know the correct size you need, and to receive a return authorization number. In the event an item has been discontinued and we are unable to offer a size exchange, a store credit will be issued. 
 

All Special occasion clothing to include dresses, boleros, crinolines, petticoats and capes (such as Christening, Flower Girl and First Communion, etc.) MUST be returned with 7 days. All other clothing exchanges are accepted for 14 days. All Special Occasion items to include tiaras, veils, headbands, gloves, headpieces, hair bows, purses, bibs, socks, ties, armbands etc, are non returnable. This also includes ALL hair bows, headbands, and hair clips offered on our website. 

Socks, tights, hats/bonnets and hair accessories are non returnable, Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, no pet hair or stains, odor free, with original tags attached and intact. Merchandise must also be sent back in original packaging. We are also not responsible for items damaged during wear or the washing / drying process. 

Holiday clothing items (such as Easter, Christmas, etc) must be exchanged before the actual holiday.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
