Our Plaid Rosette Hair Clip is approximately 3 inches across.
The lighter version of this plaid is the rosette to the left of the second listing picture, and the darker version is to the right.
Sometimes the size/ clothing label on your uniform will tell you the plaid number.
Plaid 9A - Darker version with the red and yellow being more brighter, jewel toned colors.
Plaid 41 - Lighter version. The red and yellow are more softer, lighter colors than the darker version.
