This beautiful white smocked dress has a sheer overlay and is double lined. Inner lining has a tulle layer at the bottom for added fullness. Skirt has 3 rows of pintucks towards the hem of the dress. Button back (bodice) with a beautiful bow tie sash. 100% poly. All of our Special Occasion & First Communion items are special order.
Measurements: These are for the actual garment itself. You will need to add on to make your child comfortable, and for ease of movement.
